-1 for never having any dark roast available. Plus, this place doesn't participate in any of the special promotions. But otherwise, what they provide is nice. Standard quality. The decor is really nice! In a day and age where Starbucks is moving away from its original *Third Place* concept, this is one of the rare spots that feels like you can sit down and have a conversation when it's not too noisy. If you're looking for outlets outside from the bench setting along the wall, it's kinda hard to find, but you may squeeze in an extra spot, if you know where to look. What I find sad is that it closes pretty early. Honestly, if the hotel partners with Starbucks to turn this into a Starbucks Reserve, to serve alcohol in the evening, this place would be a money-maker! Just an idea. But seriously though, why would you tease us, when every time I pass by when it's dark, and you don't bother to turn off the OPEN light? Might as will go with my alcohol-serving Reserve idea!

Let’s make STARBUCKS great again! Without further ado, let’s begin this review. Starbucks (est 1971) is a coffee shop franchise located at the Hilton hotel in SGV. This location is very spacious with relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. Moreover, they do not accept the Starbucks app payment but can get star points. I came on a sunny warm Friday midafternoon and was warmly greeted by a young female staff. I got an Iced Coffee and Chocolate Croissant. And they were Starbucks good.lol. Plenty of parking in the hotel lot. Overall, I had fantastic experience and enjoyed my drink & food.

My Matcha latte was tasty. The interior is very GRAH-N lookie. It’s one of those places where you’d find reading more enjoyable (if you don’t usually do lol). The only thing I have to pick on is the no-refill policy. ><

Very fancy place, comfortable and friendly. The attendance was fast and prompt, good vibes. Also the restroom is fancy and very clean, the man restroom code is 0707 and the woman restroom code is 0909, just for customer of course haha. They have good tables and comfortable couch as well.

She made my day with her kindness, attention to detail, and warm smile. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for every customer. The barista was very professional in creating this custom dessert. 9 out of 10. Would have been perfect if the cup lining and drizzle were lines instead of blob.
